The fillet of mackerel is mine, slightly dried and put on parchment or food film slightly overlapped. All the spices are mixed, so that they are distributed evenly. Garlic finely chopped and at the end slightly press down with a knife blade. Sprinkle the fillet with a mixture of spices and garlic. Garlic slightly press into the flesh of the fish. Gently and tightly fold the filet into a roll. We roll the roll with several layers of paper or film and leave it on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator for about 5 hours. Then put it in the freezer for a day. For 15 minutes before serving, we get our roll from the freezer. Finely cut. Before serving, you can pour lemon juice with olive oil, decorate with greens.
