Georgian cakes of Kada are sweet Georgian small pies with flour sweet cream filling. It was unusual for me to make a dough (when the butter mixes into the almost ready dough at the end of the batch), and the filling itself (fried flour, sugar and butter). As a result, we got delicious pies-buns, which ideally served with milk for dessert!
Ingredients:- Flour, wheat 750 g
- Butter 250 g
- Sugar 150g
- Salt 1 pinch

- Step 8 Pour the remaining sugar. Stir and remove the frying pan from the heat.
- Step 9 Get this for the cada.
- Step 10 Transfer the filling to a bowl, leave it to cool.
- Step 11 After an hour, dough is divided into portions.
