Slice the garlic into thin slices. Purified pistachios are ground in a mortar. I do not recommend using a blender, pistachios will turn into porridge. Better in the mortar. We heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan. When the oil warms up, we put into the frying pan the sliced ​​olives, garlic, crushed pistachios, and fry over medium heat. Fry the minutes 7-8 - when the garlic will turn golden and it will be characteristic to smell, you will understand that the frying pan can be removed from the fire. In parallel, in salted boiling water we boil homemade pasta. Homemade pasta is cooked literally for 3-4 minutes. Mix the prepared pasta with toasted olives, garlic and pistachios. We spread the pasta on plates, directly sprinkled on the plates with parmesan cheese. You can sprinkle olive oil. To eat is served, bon appetito :)
