Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Lubricate 2 forms for baking, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Place butter and chocolate in a bowl and place in a microwave oven for 20 seconds, stirring until the chocolate melts. Allow to cool slightly. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, beat the egg, egg yolk, sugar, espresso and salt. Add chocolate mixture, mix with whisk. Add the flour and mix. Pour the dough into prepared forms.
