Pea soup on broth In our menu for lunch today pea soup. The pea contains a huge amount of B vitamins. It is rich in magnesium, zinc, selenium. However, it is often not necessary to eat peas. Be sure to soak the peas in warm slightly salted water before cooking. We are used to seeing dried yellow peas. Now on the shelves you can find a mixture of dry green peas with slices of dried vegetables. We will prepare soup from such a mixture. To such a set of dry vegetables, the celery root is perfect. It will add flavor to the broth and improve the taste of the soup.
Ingredients:- Turkey fillet 350g
- Celery root 250 g
- Peas dry whole 125 g
- Salt 5 g
- Onion purple 1 pc.
- Water 1.5 l
- Parsley fresh 3 g
- Step 1 To make soup, you need to take turkey fillets, a dry mixture of peas and vegetables, celery root, salt.
- Step 2 Add a mixture of peas and vegetables to a dry frying pan, fry for 5 minutes, stirring all the time.
- Step 3 Pour the mixture warm with slightly salted water 200 ml. Leave for 5 hours. Preferably at night.
- Step 4 Prepare the broth. Wash meat. Pour in cold water. Put on a slow fire. Add half the bulb. Cook until meat is ready.
- Step 5 Take out the meat. Cut into pieces. Broth the broth.
- Step 6 Drain the remaining water from the pea mixture. Prepared pea mixture pour into a saucepan.
