Pies with spinach and Feta cheese

1. To make the filling, heat the olive oil in a medium frying pan over medium heat. Ingredients: Instructions

1. To make the filling, heat the olive oil in a medium frying pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and fry until the onion is clear, about 3 minutes. Add finely chopped spinach, add salt and fry for about 2 minutes. 2. Remove from heat, lightly cool. Mix with 1 beaten egg, crumbled Feta cheese and greens of dill. Cool the filling. Whip butter, cream cheese and cream in a food processor or with an electric mixer. Add the flour and salt, beaten. Put the dough on a well-floured surface and divide into 2 parts. Form a disc from each part and wrap it in polyethylene. Put in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. 4. On a well-floured surface, roll one dough disc into a circle of about 30 cm. The dough should be thin, but not transparent. Repeat with the second half of the test. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Line the baking tray with parchment paper. Using an inverted cup (diameter about 12 cm), cut out about 3 circles from each piece of dough. After cutting, collect all the scraps of dough and roll out the dough again. Cut the circles. Lay 1/4 cup toppings in the center of each circle. 5. Moisten the edges of the dough with water. Fold the dough into a semicircle. Tear the edges together and press down with a fork. Repeat with the remaining dough and filling. At this step, pies can be frozen. Put the patties on a prepared baking sheet and put in the fridge for a few minutes. Paste the patties on top with a fork two times. 6. Beat the remaining egg with 1 tablespoon of water. Lubricate the egg mixture with patties. 7. Bake cakes for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving. Patties can be cooled and frozen, and then heated in a microwave oven.
