Spicy salad This is a rather spicy salad, at first glance, reminiscent of a fruit dessert. Juicy pear and sweetish Maasdam can be confusing, so for the first time it's better to start with salty semi-hard cheeses, such as Gouda or Edam. Salad dressed with natural yogurt and peppered with pomegranate seeds, if desired, you can even add powdered sugar, "a highlight" in this salad is a ground cinnamon.
Ingredients:- Cheese Maasdam 50 g
- Pear 2 pcs.
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.
- Pomegranate 50 g
- Cinnamon ground 0.5 tsp.
- Yoghurt 30 ml
- Step 1 To prepare a salad you will need: pears (1-2 pieces depending on the size), juice of half a lemon, Maasdam cheese, natural yogurt, pomegranate and ground cinnamon.
- Step 2 Cut the cheese into small triangular slices.
- Step 3 The pear should be peeled from the peel and core, cut into quarters, and then in small slices. Without wasting time, squeeze the juice of half a lemon into pear slices, so that it does not darken.
- Step 4 Put in a salad bowl or a plate of pears, cheese and mix.
- Step 5 Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
- Step 6 Fill it with yogurt.
- Step 7 Sprinkle the garnet with seeds. Salad is ready, mix it better just before eating.
