Cut the salmon fillet as thinly as possible. Each piece of salt, pepper and lightly sprinkle with lemon juice. We begin to shape our rolls. On a plate from a vegetable marrow lay a little seeds of sesame and grated cheese. We put a piece of our fish on top. We also sprinkle the fish with cheese and sesame seeds. And, finally, we put another zucchini layer on top. That is, in the end we get a kind of a sandwich zucchini - cheese - fish - cheese - zucchini. Now carefully fold our sandwich into a roll and fasten it with a toothpick. Bake our rolls 8-10 minutes in the oven, heated to 200 degrees. At the output are such beautiful rolls. Done!
