- carrot - 1 piece
- olive oil - 1 st. a spoon
- cheese - 1 st. a spoon
- thyme - To taste
- black ground pepper - To taste
- salt - To taste
Puree from lentils is a very useful dish for children. Preparation: Rinse the lentils under a stream of cold running water, put into a bowl and add water. Leave for 8-10 hours. In a saucepan bring salted water to a boil, pour lentils, add carrots and thyme. Cook until done. Drain the water and mix lentils with carrots in a blender until a uniform consistency is obtained. Stir the mashed potatoes with finely grated cheese, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
