Apple pie in the microwave This wonderful cake is cooked very quickly - 10 minutes in the microwave oven, and our table is decorated with soft, fragrant pastries with caramel filling and juicy soft fruit! The structure of the dough with the finished pie is somewhat like a sponge, and caramel, thanks to the cream butter, is not thick, but as a sauce that you can water the portions of the pie. Apples and nectarines can be safely replaced with other fruits according to season and according to your taste, banana, pear, cherry, berry mixes will be an excellent option. Serve this pie is best with milk!
Ingredients:- Wheat flour 10 tbsp. l.
- Baking powder 1 tsp.
- Sugar 8 tbsp. l.
- Milk 125 ml
- Apple 4 pcs.
- Nectarines 1 pc.
- Butter 75 g
- Eggs chicken 3 pcs.
- Boiled water 3 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 To make a pie with caramel, apples and nectarines we will need wheat flour, eggs, sugar, milk, butter, baking powder, boiled water, apples and nectarine.
- Step 2 Apples are cleaned, nectarine is good for washing, cut into slices.
- Step 3 In a baking dish (I use a silicone mold, which can be baked in a microwave oven), pour a uniform layer of 6 tbsp. l. sugar and pour in 3 tbsp. l. boiled water. We put in a microwave oven for 4 minutes at a power of 800 watts.
- Step 4 Meanwhile, beat the eggs with a whisk from 2 tbsp. l. Sahara.
- Step 5 Pour the milk into the egg mixture and mix.
- Step 6 The baking powder is mixed with flour, poured into the dough. Thoroughly knead dough for pie.
- Step 7 Take the form with the finished caramel from the microwave.
- Step 8 Cut butter with random pieces and spread on hot caramel.
- Step 9 Top with slices of apples and nectarine.
- Step 10 Fill the dough and distribute it on the whole form, closing the fruit. We put in a microwave oven for 10 minutes at a power of 800 watts.
- Step 11 When the cake is ready, turn it over to a flat wide dish - caramel will be on top. We serve with milk, tea or coffee, for dessert.
