- Berry jam - 220 Grams
- Butter - 50 Grams

All the dry ingredients are mixed. Then add warm milk, vanillin, eggs, butter and a peel of one orange. Hand mesim dough, then spread it into a lubricated bowl and leave in a warm place for 1 hour. The dough will rise about twice. We take it from a bowl and roll it into a layer about 1 cm thick. Cut the dough into squares with a side about 7 cm. In the center of each square, put 1-1.5 teaspoons of berry jam. Fold the square, glue the edges with your fingers. We do this procedure with all the squares of the test. Spread rolled rolls on a greased baking sheet. Each bun is a bit greased with a raw egg. We put the pan in a preheated oven to 180 degrees and bake for 25-30 minutes until a golden crust is formed. Ready buns lightly sprinkled with powdered sugar and served to the table. You have no other choice - all the homemakers themselves will fly to the smell :)
