First - we knead the dough. In the bowl for the blender, add 1 egg, butter, flour, milk and salt. Whisk until smooth. Then roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 mm, put it into a baking dish and bake it in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees exactly 10 minutes. We work on the chicken liver - remove all the hocks and film, my, cut into small pieces. In the bowl for the blender, add the liver, chopped shallots and cloves of garlic. Grind to a consistency of mashed potatoes. Add the cream, basil, one egg, salt and pepper to the same blender bowl. Whisk until smooth again. In the oven, the temperature is reduced to 160 degrees, we get our dough out of it. Sprinkle the dough with raisins and pour the mass from the blender. Bake at a temperature of 160 degrees for another 30 minutes - and the pie with chicken liver is ready!
