That's just for this occasion and I propose a recipe for a pie with pineapple. I think having got acquainted with the products, you will learn all your favorite charlotte, but with some modification! Success and an excellent result will be provided with an electric mixer (it will be very difficult to manually achieve the desired consistency). It's very simple - the ingredients, except the filling, it is good to beat in a mixer at high speed to increase the volume 3-5 times, that is, whisk for at least 5-7 minutes! With a filling a little more work, but it will give newness to the usual baking! The cake turns out to be big enough and flies easily with tea in the company of friends and relatives! Pineapples very well complement the sweet taste of the dough, even their caramelization does not give a cloying taste to the pie.
