Here are the ingredients from which we will prepare a salted salmon. We wash the salmon fillet, peel it (optional, leave it for now and clean it after salting). Finely chop our greens. We put the fish in a convenient suitable container (I have a form for baking), covered with baking paper. Generously rub the fish with salt, pepper and sugar. Sprinkle the fish with greens. Completely wrap the fish in baking paper (if not - can be in foil). We put our fish under the press somewhere for two days - let it become salted. At the end of this time, we take out the salted fish from the baking paper and carefully begin to cut into pieces. I do it this way - I hold the fish in my left hand, I hold the knife in the right hand, and I cut it at an angle of 45 degrees. The size of the slices is to make it convenient to have a snack. Sliced slices of lightly salted salmon are beautifully served and served. Mmmm ... :)
