Classical Armenian okroshka (or matznabrdosh) is prepared on matzuna, but we will replace it with kefir or yogurt. It is often served in glasses and consumed as a refreshing drink. In this recipe, okroshki uses bread. How to cook Armenian okroshka? See my step-by-step recipe. 1. If you are going to use bread, cut off the crust and cut into small cubes. 2. Rinse and chop the green onions, other greens, except mint. We will use it for decoration. 3. Kefir or yogurt mix with carbonated water. 4. Mix the bread, onion and greens, salt and pour with soda and kefir. Once again, mix everything thoroughly. 5. For sharpness, you can add to the taste of grated radish and / or grated horseradish. 6.
