Mix the wine, sugar and soy sauce. Stir well to allow the sugar to dissolve. Sirloin fillet cut into portions and put in a marinade. The marinade has a very specific taste, so do not keep the fish in it for long. Literally 5-7 minutes, no more. We heat the thick-bottomed frying pan. In a dry pan put the pieces of fish, fry 2 minutes on one side. Then turn the pieces of fish, pour the marinade into a frying pan, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
