- Spaghetti - 120 Grams
- eggs - 3 pieces
- Parmesan cheese - 1/3 Cups
- margarine or butter - 3 items. spoons
- broccoli flowers - 1 cup
- carrot - 1 piece
- bulb - 1 piece
- Oregano - 1/2 Teaspoon
- garlic - 1 tooth
- salt - 1 pinch
- salmon - 400 Grams
- Cream or milk - 1/2 cup
Finely chop carrots and onions. Cut the salmon into pieces. Boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Drain the water. Mix the pasta, 1 beaten egg, parmesan cheese and 1 tablespoon of margarine or butter. Divide the mixture evenly between the 4 greased forms for the casserole, distributing it at the bottom and at the sides. Set aside. In a large frying pan, oiled, fry broccoli, carrots, onions, oregano and garlic, season with salt. Gently mix the salmon in the vegetable mixture. Spread evenly over the spaghetti mixture. Beat 2 eggs and cream, pour the mixture over top of the filling. Cover with foil. Bake at 160 degrees oven for 15 minutes. Remove the foil, bake for 5 to 10 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
