Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Prepare the powder for the pie. In a bowl, mix 1 cup of flour, butter, brown sugar and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Knead the dough with your hands to make it look like crumbs, and freeze. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough for a pie into a circle with a diameter of 35 cm.
