Snack from thin pita bread with tofu So it was led by many that the dough to do laziness, but you always want pizza! And in such a situation, thin lavash will always help out, in which you can wrap something and become full. And you can go further and bake a pita with stuffing in the manner of all your favorite pizza. As a filling we chose a lean or vegetarian set: pseudo-tofu and shrimp. Recall that shrimps do not belong to any kind of fish and are not considered cold-blooded. They are "out of the law" and therefore they can be used in fasting. As for tofu, it's much simpler with it: it does not have a pronounced taste and smell, so it can be marinated in spices, mixed in sauces and from this it will only benefit. But be careful, because tofu is a fatty and satisfying product.
Ingredients:- Shrimp frozen frozen 200 g
- Basil green fresh 15 g
- Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
- Oregano dry 0.25 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 4 pinch
- Dill dry with 0.25 tsp.
- Lavash thin 2 pcs.
- Tofu 100 g
- Olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
- Garlic 1 clove
- Tomato paste 4 tbsp. l.
- Salt 0.5 tsp.
- Step 1 To make this dish, take: lavash thin, shrimp frozen, tofu cheese, fresh basil, garlic, spices (oregano, dill, pepper), tomato paste, garlic, olive oil.
- Step 2 In the tomato paste squeeze out a clove of garlic, add olive oil, salt and mix thoroughly.
- Step 3 Lay the pita bread on the baking sheet and grease it with tomato sauce. Then put the second sheet on top of the first, grease the sauce.
- Step 4 Hand crumble tofu on pita bread, evenly distribute.
