Pie with chicken Thin lavash has long become a universal ingredient for cooking a variety of dishes: rolls with stuffing, shawarma and even pies. In the latter case, the hostess has a lot of advantages: do not mess with the test, save time, and pita bread in a pie resembles a very tasty puff pastry. Such pies can be baked with both sweet stuffing and snack food. The most original - pies with a combined filling, they are served hot as a second dish, which combines fresh vegetables and fresh herbs. The cooled pie with a complex stuffing can be used for a snack or take on the road.
Ingredients:- Lavash thin 3 pcs.
- Sour cream 250 g
- Kefir 0.5 tbsp.
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Curry 0.25 tsp.
- Paprika sweet ground 0.25 tsp.
- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
- Chicken breast 1 pc.
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Onions 1 pc.

- Canned peas 250 g
- Step 1 Prepare lavash and ingredients for pouring: sour cream, kefir, eggs, spices. For 3 types of filling we will need: chicken breast, carrots, onions, boiled eggs, cheese, canned green peas.
- Step 2 Prepare the sauce by mixing the thick sour cream, kefir, eggs, pepper, curry and paprika.
- Step 3 For the first filling, chicken breast, chop finely and put it in a frying pan with finely chopped onions and grated carrots on a large grater. Bring to readiness (the filling should not be dry) and cool.
- Step 4 For the second filling, boil the eggs, finely chop them, grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater, cut the dill - mix everything.
- Step 5 For the third filling, the grated cheese is mixed with the canned green peas.
- Step 6 Spacious form (I have 26x6) to grease with oil and vystelit one sheet of pita bread. If the pita is very large, you can tear off some of it, but the edges should hang outside the form. Spread all the lavash, including the hanging edges, with the prepared sauce.
- Step 7 Put the second lavash, also having smeared with its sauce, on a bottom to lay out stuffing from the chicken with vegetables. The edges of the top lavash wrap on the filling, laying uniform folds. In a space not filled with lavash, lay the pieces, torn from another sheet, also smearing them with sauce.
- Step 8 Put the stuffing out of cheese, eggs and dill, cover with the edges of the bottom lavash, also adding bits to unclosed places.
- Step 9 Distribute the third filling of peas and cheese in pita bread.
- Step 10 Tear the remaining leaves into pieces, dip them in a sauce and lay them over the entire surface, completely covering the filling. If the sauce remains, you can pour it from above. Put the cake for 40 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180 ° C.
- Step 11 Put the ready cake on a dish, cut into sections, serve hot with fresh vegetables and greens or a vegetable salad.
