Ingredients:

• Wheat flour 1 tbsp.
• Water 90 ml
• Dry yeast 1 tsp.
• Honey 10g
• Salt 1 pinch
• Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
• Mozzarella cheese 100 g
• Cheese Parmesan 100 g
• Cheese with mold soft 100 g
• Cheese Emmental 100 g
• Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
• A mixture of Italian herbs 1 tsp.

Instructions

• Step 1 Prepare the dough for pizza. You will need: flour, warm water, honey, dry yeast, salt.
• Step 2 Mix all the ingredients until a smooth dough-free dough is obtained.
• Step 3 Stretch the dough into shape (I have a shape of 28 cm). And prepare the stuffing.
• Step 4 For the filling, take: Emmental cheese, Mozzarella cheese, Dor-Blue soft cheese, Parmesan cheese, olive oil and a mixture of Italian herbs.
• Step 5 Hard cheeses grate on a large grater. Emmental.
• Step 6 Dor-Blue is better to hold a little in the freezer before rubbing.
• Step 7 Parmesan also grate on a coarse grater.
• Step 8 Cut the mozzarella into pieces with a thickness of about 0.5 cm.
• Step 9 Mix olive oil and 1 tsp. with a slope of Italian herbs.
• Step 10 Lubricate the resulting butter in the form.
• Step 11 Start spreading the filling. First the Mozzarella cheese.
• Step 12 Next Emmental, Dor Blues and Parmesan.
• Step 13 Bake in preheated to 200 oven for 18-20 minutes.
