Mushroom pizza This pizza requires considerable preparation of ingredients. I used dried mushrooms, I had to soak and boil mushrooms. From mushrooms the choice fell on red-tailed. Mushrooms are very well combined with onions. Therefore, in the filling I used red onions and leeks. Perfectly approached the Parmesan cheese to combine the ingredients. And the already prepared pizza is decorated with a fragrant basil. Pizza was a fragrant with a characteristic crunchy dough.
Ingredients:- Leeks 1 pc.
- Cheese Parmesan 50 g
- Basil green fresh 1 bunch
- Olive oil 30 ml
- Capers 30 g
- Mushrooms, dried, dried 100 g
- Onion purple 1 pc.
- Salt 17 g
- Olive oil 60 ml
- Wheat Flour 500 g
- Semolina 50g
- Dry yeast 1 tsp.
- Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
- Highly aerated water 420 ml
- Step 1 To make a mushroom pizza, you need to take a pre-prepared dough on 200g soda, dried mushrooms, onions, olive oil, basil, Parmesan cheese, capers.
- Step 2 Wash the mushrooms. Soak in cold water for 3 hours.
- Step 3 Boil the mushrooms in the same water for 1 hour.
- Step 4 Stretch the dough in the form previously sprinkled with corn flour. Lubricate the dough with butter and spread the onions fried in it.
- Step 5 Sprinkle finely grated Parmesan cheese.
- Step 6 Spread some fresh basil leaves.
- Step 7 Cut the leeks into rings, pour boiling water for 5 minutes, so that bitterness is gone. Squeeze out the water. Decompose to pizza.
- Step 8 On the basil leaves and onions, lay out the mushrooms (if large cut along).
- Step 9 Top with the remaining leeks and scraped Parmesan. Arrange the capers throughout the pizza.
- Step 10 Put in a hot oven 240 C. Bake for 15 minutes. Ready pizza to decorate with small leaves of a basil. Serve hot.
