Preheat the oven to 200 ° C, put a handful of almond flakes on a baking tray. Put in the oven for 5 minutes. Almond is ready when it becomes golden brown. Get out of the oven, a little salt and let cool. In boiling salted water add 400 g of beans. Cook for about 5 minutes, until cooked. Drain and cool them under a stream of cold water. Dry it on a towel. Cut rather finely 1 bunch of green onions and 1 sprig of tarragon. Preparation of the sauce: pour 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 6 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, pepper and salt into a glass jar with a lid. Close the lid with a lid, shake vigorously, and the sauce is ready. Put the beans in a bowl. Chop parmesan much. Add the green onions and tarragon. Finally add almonds. If you are going to serve a salad at once, then add the sauce and gently mix. Salad ready!
