Cover the dough with a towel or plastic wrap and allow to rise in a warm place for 40 minutes. 3. In the meantime, prepare the filling. Fry the mince until cooked. Cut the tomatoes into slices, and the pepper into cubes. Grate the cheese. 4. Knead up the dough for 1 minute, then roll it into a disc with a diameter of 30 cm and a thickness of not more than 5 mm. Lubricate with ketchup. 5. Put tomatoes, pepper and minced meat, sprinkle with pepper, greens and plenty of grated cheese. 6. Bake pizza in the oven at 220 degrees for 15 minutes.
