- wheat flour - 2 glasses (ingredients for the test :)
- dry yeast - 1 teaspoon
- honey - 1 st. a spoon
- olive oil - 1 st. a spoon
- salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- warm water - 3/4 Glass
- Spicy tomato sauce - 1/4 Cups (ingredients for filling :)
- cheese sauce - 1/4 cup
- chicken fillet - 300 Grams
- smoked cheddar cheese - 1 cup (grated)
- Monterey Jack cheese - 1 cup (grated)
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 Cups (grated)
Mix the flour, salt and yeast in a large bowl. Make a groove in the center and add water, oil and honey. Knead the dough in the shape of a bowl. Leave the dough "rise" for 2-3 hours. Stir the dough again with your hands and leave for 30 minutes. Thinly roll out the finished dough into the base for the pizza. In a bowl, mix the tomato and cheese sauce, and then blend the surface of the pizza base with the mixture. Sprinkle the sauce-smeared base with half of all the cheeses. Evenly crumble the cubes of chicken and cover with all the remnants of cheese. Top with a small amount of tomato sauce. Bake pizza in a heated oven for about 20-25 minutes at 190 C. Bon appetit!
