Stir the dough again with your hands and leave for 30 minutes. Thinly roll out the finished dough into the base for the pizza. In a bowl, mix the tomato and cheese sauce, and then blend the surface of the pizza base with the mixture. Sprinkle the sauce-smeared base with half of all the cheeses.
