Pizza with salami sausages Today my choice fell on pizza with sausages salami (strictly speaking, it was not necessary to choose, as there was an "order"). About the test I will not write much, you can read about it and separately, although I will mention still that this is a quick dough, which is not inferior in taste to the test after a long proofing. So, pizza (Italian pizza) is a dish from Italy, which has become popular all over the world. Remember at least a cartoon about the Turtle-Ninja, in which pizza was your favorite food. Classic is pizza with tomatoes and mozzarella cheese (all known "Margarita"). By the way, a few centuries ago, people who cooked pizza for Italians and were called - "pizzaiolo" (pizza.). Today, pizza is so popular and loved by the people that it can be found in any provincial city, or by making an order by phone, within an hour to get the long-awaited delicacy. But, knowing simple tricks, any mistress can at home cook tasty and aromatic pizza, while spending a minimum of effort, time and money. Let's not postpone everything in a long box and will please your beloved with a delicious dinner in a hurry.
Ingredients:- Wheat flour 1 tbsp.
- Water 90 ml
- Honey 0.5 tbsp. l.
- Dry yeast 1 tsp.
- Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
- Salt 1 pinch
- Salami sausages 70g
- Tomatoes 3 pcs.
- Pepper sweet 1 pc.
- Cheese hard 100 g
- Tomato paste 2 tbsp. l.
- A mixture of Italian herbs 2 tsp.
- Olive oil 0.5 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 First, prepare the dough. For this, take: flour, water (warm), honey, dry yeast, olive oil (can be replaced with vegetable without a smell), salt.
- Step 2 Dry yeast fill with warm water. Add 1/2 tablespoon honey, salt and a tablespoon of olive oil. Leave for 5 minutes.
- Step 3 Sift the flour, and begin to knead the dough.
- Step 4 When the dough stops sticking to your hands, leave it for 20 minutes in a warm place. In the meantime, take care of the filling.
- Step 5 Take salami sausages, tomato, pepper, cheese.
- Step 6 Cut the sausages finely.
- Step 7 Cut the tomatoes into slices.
- Step 8 Cut the peppers into semi-rings.
- Step 9 Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
- Step 10 Let's return to the test. After 20 minutes, our dough should increase in volume by about 1/3.
- Step 11 With your hands (you can roll it out and with a rolling pin), stretch the dough into a baking dish.
- Step 12 Mix tomato paste with a mixture of Italian herbs. If desired, you can add 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Step 13 With the resulting mass, grease your dough in a mold, not reaching the edge about 1 cm.
- Step 14 Spread the filling: pepper, sausages, tomatoes.
- Step 15 On top, tear everything with grated cheese.
- Step 16 Bake in preheated to 200 oven until the test is ready (approximately 17-20 minutes).
