- flour - 3 cups (dough)
- water - 1 glass
- olive oil - 1,5 st. spoons
- salt - 1 piece
- yeast - 1 piece
- tomatoes - 5 Pieces (sauce)
- onion - 1 piece
- garlic - 1 piece
- sugar - 1 piece
- Tabasco sauce - 1 piece
- vinegar - 2 teaspoons
- Provencal herbs - 1 Piece
- Parmesan - 1 Piece (top layer)
- mozzarella - 1 piece
- gorgonzola - 1 piece
Dough: Mix all the ingredients for the base of the pizza. The finished test should be sufficient for 2 substrates (bases). Tomato sauce: Boil tomatoes, finely chopped onions, garlic, Tabasco sauce in a small saucepan. Add a couple of teaspoons of vinegar, a little sugar and season with Provencal herbs. Dressing for a pizza: Several kinds of cheese grate on a fine grater. Sprinkle on top of the tomato base. Pizza bake in a lightly oiled preheated oven. Bon Appetit!
