- ketchup - 1/2 cups (for sauce)
- clove garlic - 1 piece
- ginger - 1 Art. a spoon
- soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 teaspoon
- dry sherry - 1 teaspoon
- big egg - 1 piece (for cutlets)
- bread crumbs - 1/3 Cups
- flour - 1 Art. a spoon
- boneless fillet of pork - 450 Grams (cut into 4 cutlets)
- vegetable oil - 2 items. spoons
Preparation of sauce: In a small bowl, mix ketchup, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, as well as sherry and chili sauce. Set aside. Preparation of cutlets: In a small shallow bowl, beat the egg and 2 tablespoons of water. Put breadcrumbs in a shallow bowl. Dip each piece of pork into the flour, then into the egg mixture, and then into the breadcrumbs. In a large frying pan heat the oil over medium heat. Add the pork. Cook, turning once, until golden brown on both sides, about 8 minutes. Serve pork cutlets with sauce.
