Pork shank - cheap and angry This is a very tasty dish. No special skills are required to prepare a fragrant and juicy pork rudge with a honey-mustard crust. The only drawback - the shank is being prepared for a long time - about three hours. But this is not very troublesome, because while it is brewed, and then baked, we can calmly do our own business.
Ingredients:- Pork shank 1300 g
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Onions 1 pc.

- Pepper black with peas 8 pcs.
