But if today you really want to pamper yourself with a julienne, and there are no suitable dishes, try to cook in small form for baking or frying pan. The classic julien is prepared from mushrooms, onions, cream sauce and cheese. But any culinary often wants to somehow change the dish according to its taste. Julien is just an excellent basis for experiments with fillers and spices. The most obvious and harmonious addition to the classic julienne is chicken fillet. Slightly roasted meat will be very appropriate in the gentle consistency of this dish, you can also add cream and favorite spices instead of the milk sauce.
Ingredients:- Mushrooms champignons 300 g
- Onions 1 pc.

- Cheese hard 150 g
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 4 tbsp. l.

- Milk 1.5 tbsp.

- Step 1 To prepare the julien we'll take chicken fillet, champignons, onions, hard cheese, butter, milk and spices.
