Lesson 1. You are grabbed by the neck

The attacker fixes the neck in front with the thumbs of his hands. Raise your hands - the typical gesture of a frightened girl who will not raise suspicion. Hold the brush of the attacker, so that you are not strangled, and, stepping back with a turn, remove your hands. In the continuation of the reception, take a step forward and strike with your fist in the nose, and then with the base of the palm of the other hand - along the lower ribs. A typical mistake: try to hit the offender with his foot in the groin. This is the place the man always protects and, by combining the hips, will catch you by the foot. The front of your neck is controlled only with your thumbs. You can try to play it by capturing and turning them.

Lesson 2. You are being pushed

From this attack, you can simply "brush it off." At the time of the attack, lift your palms approximately to the level of your shoulders and, taking a step to the side, wave your hand from the top down, as if driving away the midge. Fist of the same hand, strike at the base of the nose. A typical mistake: you retreat back, risking falling on your back and leaving the enemy the opportunity to immediately continue the attack. Then, as you move to the side, you force him to change the trajectory of movement and gain time. In addition, if you go back, it will be harder for you to reach to strike. During this reception, keep your hands relaxed, drive them too wide. Act on the principle, push with your right hand - beat off the left, and vice versa. If you are trying to push with both hands, it is better to beat them with the left, so that the right hand remains free for additional maneuver and impact.

Lesson 3. You want to punch

If the blow goes along a straight trajectory, we act according to the same scheme as with pushing: step to the side, knock down the opponent's hand and hit the bottom of the nose ourselves. If the blow goes sideways (which happens more often during street attacks), block the movement with the other hand: extinguish the attack on the right is not left but right. A typical mistake: as in the previous attack - to try to retreat back. Try not to be knocked down! Lying on her back, side and belly, the woman is extremely vulnerable. The attacker presses all weight on top, he easily fixes both hands on one. It will not be easy to escape: the movement requires the strength of the back and legs, and they are not involved. If you fell on your stomach, the chances of being saved are zero. If you lie on your back, you can try to release one hand and forcefully poke the opponent in the eye or hit the neck. If you managed to escape, get up, not leaning on your hands: protect your head from impact.

Lesson 4. "Bear" capture

In this case, you have free hands. Find the little finger of the attacker and, having captured it in a fist, sharply pull towards the wrist. The second option: sit down, slightly slip the hip, try to reach the inner surface of the thigh and forcefully squeeze the soft tissue. And in either case, the pain effect will be strong enough for the attacker to weaken the grip and you can free yourself. A typical mistake: as with the seizure by the neck - try to kick your foot in the groin. This trick will work, even if the man is tall and the girl is small. After all, grabbing her, he will sit down and, perhaps, try to look into the face. Try to feel where the head of the attacker is - right behind your neck or slightly sideways, and do not be afraid to beat with all your might: your hair will soften the blow. Then you can act on the pain points - the same little finger.

Lesson 5. Grabbing the neck from behind

First of all, do not panic. If you wanted to kill, you could hit the back of the head at once from the back, and if this did not happen, there's a chance to get free. With both hands, fix the upper arm of the attacker so that he does not strangle you, and move slightly, bringing your chin to the elbow fold, so that it's easier to breathe. Sit down, lowering the center of gravity - it will be harder to knock you on your back. Continuing with one hand to fix the attacker, the second lower down and forcefully squeeze the inner surface of his thigh. This zone is sensitive, the muscles there are usually poorly pumped and at this position the body is relaxed. The grip will be weakened and, by slightly displacing the pelvis, you can free yourself. Turn around, put a sliding blow in the nose. This disorients the enemy for 10-15 seconds and gives you a chance to escape. A typical mistake: you try to kick the abuser into the groin. As already mentioned above, this place is well protected by a man and, by combining his hips, he will try to catch you by the foot. You can fall on your back. A physically strong, trained girl can use an additional technique - overlapping with a heel kick on the kidneys. Prepared - to act on the pain point on the inside of the shoulder, where the muscles are attached to the bone. With force, push it at right angles with your thumb.

Lesson 6. The striker grabs you by the elbow

As a rule, in order to stop, turn to yourself and just get acquainted. The most frequent capture. Turn to the attacker and stand up, taking a stable posture: the legs are slightly wider than the shoulders. Put your free hand over the opponent's arm and press it to yourself as tightly as possible. The second lift from the elbow upward, but not too high and, making a circular movement over the forearm of the attacker, free from capture.

Lesson 7. Weapons near your neck (above the right shoulder)

Resistance only if you can not resolve the conflict otherwise, and you are absolutely sure: it's about your life. Raise your hands, grasp the attacker's wrist and fix it well. Sit down and, leaning forward, redirect the blade. With any sharp movement in your direction, the attacker can injure himself. You have a chance to scare him, force him to release his weapon and run away. A typical mistake: to move away from the knife, increasing the expected amplitude of its movement. The shorter it is, the harder it is to inflict a serious wound.

Lesson 8. Weapons near your neck (above the left shoulder)

Start the same movement as in the previous situation. Grabbing the wrist of the attacker with your hands, fix it, pressing it to the body. Lifting your elbow over the forearm's forearm, twist around your axis in the body and knock out the knife. A typical mistake: the same - an attempt to step back from the knife. A small knife is more dangerous: the longer the weapon, the greater the lever to which the force is applied, and the easier it is to knock it out.
