Potatoes are cleaned, cut into cubes and fried in vegetable oil until a golden crust is formed. Potatoes will be a little damp, but it's okay - because we'll still bake it. We cut pork meat into cubes of the same size as potatoes, and fry in vegetable oil. After a couple of minutes, add onions and carrots. After another 2-3 minutes, pour the tomato paste into the frying pan and stew for 5-7 minutes. We take pots, put our fried potatoes on the bottom, pour on meat with vegetables, salt, add spices to taste. We put the pots in a preheated oven to 180 degrees and bake for another 20-25 minutes until ready. Serve with fresh herbs. Pleasant!
