Ingredients:

• Flour, wheat 300 g
• Eggs chicken 3 pcs.
• Water 1 tbsp. l.
• Sunflower refined oil 1 tbsp. l.
• Salt 0.5 tsp.
• Chicken fillet 500g
• Carrot 1 pc.
• Onions 1 pc.
• Water 2.5 l
• Pepper black with peas 5 pcs.
• Bay leaf 1 pc.
• Vegetable seasoning 1 tbsp. l.

Instructions

• Step 1 To make noodles you need to take top grade flour, chicken eggs, vegetable oil, water and salt.
• Step 2 Sift flour into a bowl, drive in eggs, pour in vegetable oil and pour in salt.
• Step 3 Knead the dough. As necessary, add 1 tbsp. l. water. Knead for a long time to make the dough elastic, and then put it in a plastic bag and leave for 1 hour.
• Step 4 Divide the dough into 2 parts. Each part is rolled into a very thin layer (1-1.5 mm). Sprinkle the layers with flour.
• Step 5 Apply one layer to the other and cut them into strips 35-40 mm wide.
• Step 6 Fold the strips into a pile and chop it thinly across the strips.
• Step 7 Prepared noodles to separate and sift from flour.
• Step 8 To prepare the broth you need to take chicken fillet, carrots, onions, black peppercorns, bay leaf, water and vegetable seasoning.
• Step 9 Cut the fillets into pieces, add water, add the carrots cut into 4 parts and the halves of the bulb.
• Step 10 Boil the broth for 40 minutes, and then add spices and vegetable seasoning and hold on for another 5 minutes.
• Step 11 Remove the meat, onions and carrots from the broth and strain it through a frequent colander. Meat pour a small amount of broth and wrap it to remain hot.
• Step 12 Put the noodles on for 1 minute in boiling water (not in broth!), So that later it does not make the broth cloudy.
• Step 13 Quickly throw the noodles into a colander and drain the liquid.
• Step 14 Immediately shift the noodles into boiling broth.
• Step 15 Boil broth with noodles for 10-12 minutes.
• Step 16 When serving, put chicken pieces in a bowl, pour broth with noodles and sprinkle with chopped dill.
