Ingredients:- Flour, wheat 300 g

- Onions 1 pc.
- Water 2.5 l

- Bay leaf 1 pc.
- Vegetable seasoning 1 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 To make noodles you need to take top grade flour, chicken eggs, vegetable oil, water and salt.
- Step 2 Sift flour into a bowl, drive in eggs, pour in vegetable oil and pour in salt.
- Step 3 Knead the dough. As necessary, add 1 tbsp. l. water. Knead for a long time to make the dough elastic, and then put it in a plastic bag and leave for 1 hour.
- Step 4 Divide the dough into 2 parts. Each part is rolled into a very thin layer (1-1.5 mm). Sprinkle the layers with flour.
- Step 5 Apply one layer to the other and cut them into strips 35-40 mm wide.
- Step 6 Fold the strips into a pile and chop it thinly across the strips.

- Step 8 To prepare the broth you need to take chicken fillet, carrots, onions, black peppercorns, bay leaf, water and vegetable seasoning.

- Step 10 Boil the broth for 40 minutes, and then add spices and vegetable seasoning and hold on for another 5 minutes.

- Step 15 Boil broth with noodles for 10-12 minutes.
- Step 16 When serving, put chicken pieces in a bowl, pour broth with noodles and sprinkle with chopped dill.
