Therefore, it will be correct to relate concepts and even put a "equal" sign between them: proper nutrition is a long life. How would like to see the modern youth finally took this statement for themselves, because a long life now is a rarity.

We live in a fast-moving world, when you do not have time to eat normally. That's why we have numerous health problems, with appearance.

One of the "secrets" of beauty and youth is the right moderate food, which must fully satisfy all the needs of the body, and at the same time maintain a constant, normal body weight. Sharp fluctuations in weight are very harmful both for appearance and for the body as a whole. Remember about this, and never "buy" on tempting commercials that, taking this or that drug, you can get rid of a dozen extra kilograms per week. After all, it rarely happens that the problem zone of your body is losing weight, first of all you lose weight in the face and chest, but do you think it's good for your attractiveness? Of course not! therefore, do not forget about the reverse side of losing weight.
Now many women pay much attention to their figure, but very often they do it wrong. To quickly get rid of excess kilograms, resort to an unjustified diet, starvation, excessive physical exertion or take various pills and medications. For young people, striving for elegant, delicate lines of the body, women, you can use the following formula: "height - 100 = body weight, body weight - 10% body weight = optimal body weight". For example, with an increase of 164 cm, your ideal weight will be 57.6 kg.
If your age is within 50-60 years, do not try to be too elegant figure: 2-3 kg of "excess weight" create a fat layer, on which wrinkles seem to be stretched and become barely noticeable. The optimal weight formula for this age group will be: "height - 100 = body weight, body weight + 5% body weight = your optimal weight".
We need to be weighed every day at the same time, preferably in the mornings. If compared to the weight of the previous days you added 200 g, spend a day off (apple, watermelon, milk, kefir, rice, etc.).
Eat often, about 4-6 times a day, but take small amounts of food. Rare non-rhythmical copious nutrition has a catastrophic effect on the body.
