Hard cheese rubbed on a grater. Puff pastry unfold, roll it well and cut into long enough strips. Now we make a move with a knight - we put cheese in the middle of strips, and we fasten the edges, forming such cheese sausages. From twisted sausages we make a kind of "snail". On the baking sheet lay out the paper for baking, on it consistently we twist our cheese sausages. Sprinkle the cake with sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
