So this recipe remained. The color of the bread is beautiful, I do not hear the pumpkin, but the taste is interesting. Bread turns soft, but dense. Who is interested in trying. Usually I baked this bread from fresh pumpkin, but now I tried it from frozen. The taste is not affected.
Ingredients:- Flour, wheat 300 g
- Pumpkin 80 g
- Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
- Yeast dry 2 tsp.
- Salt 1 tbsp. l.
- Water 70 ml
- Step 1 We need a pumpkin, flour, water, salt, sugar, dry yeast.
- Step 2 Prepare the gum. I immediately use all the water, sugar, salt, yeast and 3-4 tablespoons of flour. All mix well with a whisk and leave to be approached.
