4 servings of dish:

• 200 g of boiled curly pasta

• 200 g of finished French fries

Cabbage salad with krill and corn

For 3 servings of dish:

• 1 krill meat bank

• 1 can of canned corn

• 1 onion

• 150 g of mayonnaise

• 100 g of white cabbage

For 10 servings of dish:

• 250 g of sour cream

• 250 g of low-fat mayonnaise

• 8 tbsp. grind wholemeal flour

• 5 eggs

• 500 g of champignons

• 200 grams of hard cheese

• 350 grams of cherry tomatoes (large cut in half)

In 1 tsp. Vegetable oil fry onions and mushrooms, salt, pepper to taste. Whisk the eggs. From sour cream, mayonnaise, flour and eggs, mix the batter. Salt and add the soda, mix again. Peel the onion, grind it. Champignons rinse, cut into thin plates. Cherry tomatoes. Cheese grate on a large grater. In the pan pour in the vegetable oil, salt and pepper. Make sure the filling is dry enough. The form is lined with parchment for baking, pour half the dough, from above evenly distribute the onions with mushrooms and cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Pour out the remaining dough. Bake the cake until cooked at an average temperature of 30-35 minutes until golden brown.

Rolls of courgettes with soft cheese

4 servings of dish:

• 3 medium size zucchini

• 250g of cherry tomatoes

• 1 bunch of basil

• 1 clove of garlic

• 50 grams of dried tomatoes

• 50 grams of crushed pistachios

• 200 g of soft cheese

• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

• 4 tbsp. cream sauce

• salt, pepper to taste

Vegetables wash and gently slice along thin plates, salt on both sides. Wash the cherry tomatoes. Slice the leaves of basil. Peel and pass garlic through the press. Finely chop the dried tomatoes and mix together with garlic, pistachios, basil, soft cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
