Raw useful dessert Today I offer to your attention an unusual pie that does not require baking. It is very useful, has no sugar, no fat, no flour in its composition. Most likely, having looked through the steps of the recipe, you have wondered how it can be cut into separate pieces, if the pie is creamy enough and soft ?! The answer is simple: for this purpose, the pie can be frozen and turned into a frozen dessert. If you are not a fan of cold flavors, then you can freeze, cut into slices and wait until the pie gets a room temperature and eat. If this method does not suit you, then immediately after the preparation you can serve and eat directly from the form with a spoon, why not? For everyone there is a variant. As for the ingredients, then there are their nuances: as practice shows, it is best to take young fruits of a pumpkin, because they are the most sweet and juicy. Dates are also desirable to use fresh, not dried - they are very soft, creamy and honey. If you do not find fresh dates in the store, you can use dried, but before using them, you need to soak in boiling water for 30 minutes. Instead of dried apricots, you can use a soft persimmon, which will give even more sweetness and benefits to our dessert. In addition, you will need a powerful food processor (not every blender is able to grind nuts and pumpkin to a creamy state). The form for the pie (for the given amount of ingredients), I used a size of 20-25 cm in diameter. Enjoy your culinary discoveries!

- Dates of dried cakes 700 g
- Pumpkin 200 g
- Dried apricots 50g
- Vanilla pods 1 pc.
- Dates of dried 300 g
- Cinnamon powder 1 tsp.
- Ginger dry 10g
- Step 1 To make a pie, you need a pumpkin, dried apricots (or persimmons), nuts, fresh dates and spices: cinnamon, vanilla and ginger.
- Step 2 Pump the pumpkin and cut into cubes.
- Step 3 Soak the dried apricots for 30 minutes in water, and peel the dates from the bones. If the dates are not fresh, but dried, then they should also be soaked for 30 minutes.
- Step 4 Put the dried apricots, dates and pumpkin in a powerful food processor and grind to a creamy state.
- Step 5 Then grate the vanilla with a small grater, add cinnamon and ginger. Stir thoroughly.
- Step 6 Now let's start preparing the dough. To do this, clean the nuts and free the dates from the seeds. We put everything in the combine and grind it.
- Step 7 You can grind to a homogeneous state, and you can leave it at a stage when the nuts are not yet shredded enough to have something to crackle.
- Step 8 Put the walnut-date mix in a cake form and flatten it with a spatula.
- Step 9 Next, we move the pumpkin cream filling into the mold.
- Step 10 Next, carefully align the filling.
- Step 11 If desired, you can sprinkle with nuts. Then we send it to the freezer until it is completely cooled so that it can be cut. For about 3-4 hours. Or serve immediately, eating a spoon from the form.
