Pumpkin Mojito

1. Pumpkin puree should be prepared in advance. For this, cut the pumpkin in two, remove from the Ingredients:

• a sheet of fresh mint - 11 pieces
• sugar - 1 st. a spoon
• rum - 35-40 Grams
• Pumpkin puree - 1 st. spoon (cook in advance)
• lime - 0.5 pieces
• Cream-soda - 60 Grams
• ice - 1 glass

Instructions

1. Pumpkin puree should be prepared in advance. For this, cut the pumpkin in two, remove the seeds and mash from it, and bake in the oven. You can also clean the pumpkin from the peel, cut it into cubes and boil it in a small amount of water, and then crush it to a mash. 2. Lime juice must be squeezed directly before mixing the cocktail. 3. Mint leaves mash with sugar, but try not to tear them. 4. Add all the ingredients except the cream-soda to a shaker with ice, shake vigorously several times, pour into a glass with ice, top up with cream-soda, decorate with a mint leaf and a straw and serve.
