- Dry rose hips - 1/2 cup
- Dried apples - 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice - 1 st. a spoon
- Sugar - - To taste
We boil a liter of water when the water boils - we put dried apples into it. Cook apples for 10 minutes. Then add the thoroughly washed fruit of the dogrose to the saucepan. We cook another 5 minutes. Add sugar to the pan, stir. Bring to a boil, immediately remove from heat and let it brew under the lid for 20-30 minutes. Compote to strain, add a little lemon juice, chill and serve.
