Raspberries are cleaned, cleared of litter. We spread raspberries into a saucepan, add 100 ml of water and bring to a boil. When it boils, we reduce the fire and cook, stirring, for another 4 minutes. Through the cheesecloth, strain the raspberry juice - it should turn out about a third of a liter of juice. In the resulting raspberry juice we add vodka. Add sugar to the raspberry juice, bring to a boil. Then add there the same peeled and washed red currant and cook for 2-3 more minutes. Then remove from heat and immediately dispense on sterilized jars. We close the banks. Let the banks stand for at least a few hours - and our raspberry jelly is ready!
