1. Place the stand in the middle position and heat the oven to 220 degrees. Line the baking tray with parchment paper or a silicone mat. In a large bowl, mix the flour, wheat bran, wheat germ, oatmeal, brown sugar, soda and salt. 2. Add chopped butter and grind to a crumbly consistency. Add enough buttermilk to make a soft dough. 3. Slightly knead the dough and put it into the prepared form. Form a circle from the dough, and then, using a bread knife, make two notches in the test crosswise about 2.5 cm deep. 4. Bake in a preheated oven until the bread turns dark brown, and the toothpick inserted into the center will not come out clean. It will take you about 40 minutes. Extract the bread from the mold and cool it on the counter about 30 minutes before serving.
