The dough for this recipe is suitable not only for dessert baking, but also for unsweetened buns, for example, with cheese or cumin. The filling can also be to your taste: raisins, poppies, sugar, nuts.
For buns with cinnamon you will need:
- milk - 400 ml
- eggs - 2 pieces
- cinnamon - 2 sachets
- margarine - 100 gr
- sugar - 250 gr
- dry yeast - 1 sachet
- flour - 400 gr
- vegetable oil -1 tbsp. l.
- salt - 0.5 tsp.
- raisins - 100 gr
Cooking method
- In half a glass of warm milk dilute the yeast. Add 1 tbsp. l. sugar and a little flour, leave for 15 minutes.
- Whisk eggs from 3 tbsp. l. sugar and salt.
- Pour the yeast into a bowl and add the remaining milk, melted margarine and egg mixture.
- Then start to pour in a little flour and mix the dough. It should only stick a little to your hands. Cover the dough with a towel and leave for 15 minutes.
- Divide the finished dough into 2 identical portions and roll each into a 2-3 cm thick layer.
- Lubricate the dough with vegetable oil (refined) and sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Top with raisins.
- Form a roll. Cut it into approximately 12 identical pieces.
- Place the buns on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Sprinkle the buns with sugar.
- Bake buns with cinnamon in a preheated oven for 180 minutes for 15 minutes.
Yeast buns with cinnamon
To prepare yeast rolls with cinnamon, you need to take:
- eggs - 2 pieces
- milk - 200 ml
- raw yeast - 50 gr
- Butter - 250 gr
- flour - 600-800 gr
- sugar - 200 g
- cinnamon - 2 sachets
- salt - 0.5 tsp.
Cooking method
- In the heated milk, add yeast, 1 tbsp. l. sugar, melted margarine, eggs, salt and half flour. Stir well and add the remaining flour.
- Knead the soft dough and immediately start making buns.
- Roll the dough into a layer about 2 cm thick, grease with margarine, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
- Fold the dough into a tight roll. Cut the roll into portions.
- Put the buns on a greased baking sheet and let stand for 10 minutes.
- Send buns to a preheated oven (180 degrees) for 20 minutes.

To prepare fast rolls from puff pastry, you will need:
- ready-made puff pastry - 1 pack
- Butter - 25 gr
- sugar - 150 gr
- cinnamon - 30-50 gr
Cooking method
- Prepared puff dough at room temperature. Use a rolling pin to roll it into a thin layer 5 cm thick.
- Thoroughly grease the dough with a soft butter.
- Top with sugar and cinnamon.
- Form the roll and cut it into small pieces.
- Bake baking at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
