Today we will prepare a salad-transformation. For salad we take red cabbage bright enough color, but sometimes the head gets very rich blue-red. This color is similar to indigo. So, when refueling with sour juice - we take pomegranate, the color of cabbage changes before our eyes - turns into a bright crimson color. - Pomegranate juice 200 ml
- Sea salt 4 g
- Sugar 3 g
- Thyme (Thyme) dry 2 g

- Step 6 Put the cabbage in a deep bowl. Pour it with a glass of sour pomegranate juice (if the juice is sweet, add 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar). Withstand cabbage in it for 5 minutes. Juice drained. Cut the cabbage.
- Step 7 Cut the finely green onions.
