- Pepper Bulgarian (yellow) - 1 piece
- Butter - 20 Grams
- Cream - 180 milliliters
- Garlic - 2 Teeth
- Fresh dill - 20 grams
- Black pepper powder - 1 Pinch
- Sol - 1 Pinch
- Flour corn - 2 Art. spoons
Ingredients. Bulgarian pepper, cleanse from the core, cut into large pieces. In a small saucepan, melt the butter, put the pepper into the melted butter and fry for 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly. Then add the cream and finely chopped garlic to the saucepan. We cook for another 2-3 minutes. The resultant mass is blended using a blender to homogeneity. Return the homogeneous mixture to our saucepan, add flour, salt, pepper and dill to it. We warm up a couple of minutes - but do not bring it to the boil. Cool it to room temperature and serve. Pleasant! ;)
