Rice noodles with shrimps This dish with an unusual combination of ingredients will conquer any gourmet! Rice noodles with shrimps, in a sauce based on coconut milk, with hot peppers and garlic - a traditional dish of Thai cuisine, for us, this exotic seems like something new, but if you just try this dish - you will not remain indifferent! All ingredients are completely accessible, and the speed of cooking dishes is also an indisputable plus!
Ingredients:- Shrimp frozen peeled 150 g
- Rice noodles 180 g
- Butter 75 g
- Garlic 1 clove
- Chili powder 0.3 pcs.
- Coconut milk 200 ml
- Sesame black 5 g
- Salt 0.75 tsp.
- Step 1 To prepare rice noodles with Thai shrimps we will need coconut milk, rice noodles, frozen peeled shrimps, butter, garlic, hot chili, salt, black sesame for sprinkling.
- Step 2 First we defrost the shrimp. Fry them in butter for about 5 minutes.
- Step 3 Grind garlic and chili, add to the pan to shrimp, salt to taste. Lightly fry over low heat for about 2 minutes.
- Step 4 Pour coconut milk.
- Step 5 Stir the sauce and, stirring occasionally, boil on medium heat, without covering the lid, 3 minutes and 5 more minutes at low heat.
- Step 6 While the sauce is simmering, pour boiling water over the rice noodles. First, pour it for 3 minutes with cold water, drain and pour boiling water for another 5 minutes. Again merge the water.
- Step 7 Pour the rice noodles into the pan with the sauce.
- Step 8 Hold the frying pan over medium heat and stir constantly. After 5 minutes, the noodles are ready! Serve hot, sprinkle with black sesame.
