Wash the chicken, dry with a paper towel, cut into portions. Salt and pepper. In a frying pan, heat Olein's sunflower oil and fry the chicken from all sides in it. Knead the plastic dough, then divide it into 2 equal parts, give each the shape of a bowl, wrap in a food film and put in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes. Wash lemons, dry well with a paper towel, cut large, pass through a meat grinder, mix with granulated sugar and starch, leave for 10 minutes. Heat the oven to 220 ° C. Both parts of the dough are rolled into 1.5 cm thick layers. Put one part in a round-shaped water-soaked with water. Lay out the resulting lemon filling, cover with the second part of the dough, edges carefully pinched. The top layer of the dough should be kneaded in several places with a fork so that the dough does not swell. Put in the oven and bake for 40 minutes.
