A set of ingredients is extremely simple. In a frying pan, warm the butter. Fry in small pieces of garlic (each denticle must be cut into 5-6 pieces), after 2 minutes add chopped greens. Fry 1 minute on medium heat, stirring vigorously. We add small pieces of red fish to the frying pan, fry together with garlic and herbs for about 5 minutes. Add the cream, mix and stew for about 5 minutes. Then add the washed rice into the pan. Stir and fry for 2-3 minutes. Pour 2 cups of broth or ordinary boiling water, cover with a lid - and cook for about 20 minutes on medium heat until rice is ready.
