However, if you fantasize a little, you can get an unbelievably delicious dish - a young potato baked in breadcrumbs. This recipe is good because it is possible to use even the smallest potato for it, which you do not want to throw out, and you do not want to clean it. Of course, it takes a little more time to prepare a dish according to this recipe than to simply boil it, but it turns out to be so delicious and springy fresh, that time does not feel bad. In addition, your direct participation takes only a few minutes, all the rest of the time the dressing is insisted and the potato is baked completely independently, without requiring any effort from you. Young potatoes in breadcrumbs may well become not only an "intrafamily" dish, but also a wonderful festive side dish for meat or poultry. And if the recipe is necessary to you to taste, then it can be prepared from mature potatoes, of course, after preliminary cleansing it from the skin.
Ingredients:- Potatoes 1000 g
- Sunflower refined oil 60 ml
- Garlic 3 denticles
- Breadcrumbs 4 tbsp. l.
- Provencal herbs 1 tbsp. l.
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Salt 2 pinch
