Pizza with chicken The word "pizza" in translation means "lunch for the poor". Classical pizza is prepared from yeast dough, and for filling use cheese "mozzarella" from buffalo milk, tomatoes and, more often, fish. However, like many other recipes, the pizza recipe has perfectly adapted in our time and has significantly changed. Instead of yeast dough, you can use puff, fresh, curd. And for the filling is suitable almost everything that is in the refrigerator: meat, fish, sausages, smoked products, cheeses of any kind, various vegetables and greens. Prepare pizza in two ways: first bake only the dough, and then stuff the pizza and bake it in the oven or put the entire stuffing in the pizza right away on the dough. The last method was the basis of my recipe.
Ingredients:- Breadcrumbs 1 tbsp. l.
- Butter 200 g
- Curd 150g
- Milk 1 tbsp. l.
- Eggs chicken 1 pc.
- Salt 5 g
- Sunflower refined oil 1 tbsp. l.
- Flour, wheat 300 g
- Soda 1 tsp.
- Chicken fillet 300 g
- Onion 2 pcs.
- Tomato sauce 2 tbsp. l.
- Processed cheese 200 g
- Cheese hard 150 g
- Mayonnaise 100 g
- Garlic 3 denticles
- Vegetable seasoning 10 g
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 2 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 To make a pizza dough, take top grade flour, butter, cottage cheese, milk, raw egg yolk, vegetable oil, breadcrumbs, soda and salt.
- Step 2 To prepare pizza toppings, take chicken fillets, large onions, garlic cloves, processed cheese (for example, "Friendship"), hard cheese (preferably "Cantali"), tomato sauce, vegetable seasoning (with salt), mayonnaise and vegetable butter.
- Step 3 Preparation of the dough. Sift flour together with soda into a bowl.
- Step 4 Combine the softened butter with cottage cheese, milk, egg yolk and salt.
- Step 5 Blend the mixture thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Step 6 Combine the flour and curd mixture.
- Step 7 Quickly knead the dough and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Step 8 Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- Step 9 Roll the dough into a layer 6-7 mm thick by 3 cm more than the diameter of the baking dish, and put it into the prepared mold. Cut the edges of the dough to form a small rim that will not allow the filling to leak out. Bend the edges.
- Step 10 Preparation of the filling. Chicken fillet cut into cubes.
- Step 11 Put the meat in a frying pan with preheated vegetable oil and fry until lightly browned.
- Step 12 Pieces of chicken through the grate grinder.
- Step 13 Cut the bulbs, cut them in half, and then each halve into thin half-rings.
- Step 14 Put the onions in a frying pan with oil and save until soft.
- Step 15 Combine the onion with chopped meat and sprinkle with vegetable seasoning.
- Step 16 Stuff thoroughly.
- Step 17 Peel the garlic cloves from the dry shell and grate it on a fine grater.
- Step 18 Connect the garlic with the tomato sauce.
- Step 19 Mix the sauce.
- Step 20 Cut the cheese into thin plates.
- Step 21 Grate the hard cheese on a grater to prepare carrots in Korean.
- Step 22 Preparation of pizza. Lube the dough with a tomato-garlic mixture.
- Step 23 On top of the tomato mixture, lay the slices of the cream cheese so that it completely covers the bottom of the burrito.
- Step 24 On the melted cheese, evenly decompose the meat filling with onions.
- Step 25 On the filling with a fine mesh, apply mayonnaise.
- Step 26 Cover the top of the pizza with grated hard cheese.
- Step 27 Place the product in the oven, preheated to 180 ° C, and bake for 20 minutes. Ready pizza can be lightly sprinkled with red ground hot pepper.
